Application and Usage Directions

To achieve professional-grade smooth heels while maintaining maximum sanitation, follow this expert routine:

1. Attach Grit Strips: Peel the protective backing from one 80 grit strip and one 120 grit strip. Press them firmly onto opposite sides of the clean, dry file paddle.

2. Coarse Callus Reduction (80 Grit): On damp or dry feet, start with the 80 grit coarse side to file away tough calluses, cracked heels, and hardened skin patches.

3. Medium Skin Polishing (120 Grit): Flip the file paddle to the 120 grit medium side to smooth out the skin surface, refining rough edges for a velvety finish.

4. Dispose & Disinfect: Grasp the used strips near the handle depression and peel off to discard. Wash the paddle with soap and warm water, submerge in professional disinfectant solution, and dry thoroughly before storing.
