Our marketplace model

Zosouq.com is an online marketplace. Products on the site are offered by independent third-party vendors, and Zosouq provides the platform through which customers discover, order and pay for them.

  • Third-party vendors: products are provided by independent vendors.
  • Vendor responsibility: vendors are responsible for their product descriptions, prices and images.
  • Customer orders: customers can place orders and pay through the Zosouq platform.
  • Delivery: Zosouq manages shipping logistics.
  • Returns and refunds: Zosouq coordinates and handles returns and refunds in line with its Return & Refund Policy.
  • Vendor management: Zosouq may remove listings or ban vendors who violate its rules.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under Kuwaiti consumer law.

Products and prices

We make every effort to show products, images and prices accurately. All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include applicable taxes unless stated. We may correct errors and may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly; if that happens we will refund any payment made.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it. Payment options shown at checkout, such as card, KNET and cash on delivery, may vary. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or misuse.

Delivery

We deliver within Kuwait. Free delivery applies to orders above the amount shown on the site. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct.

Returns and refunds

If you have a problem with your order, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and personal care products may not be returnable unless they are faulty.

Authentic products

We sell original products from authorised suppliers.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity on your account.

Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, images and logos, belongs to Zosouq or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing limits your rights under Kuwaiti consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
